Friday Lunchbox #7
Today's lunchbox...
Morning Tea: Orange pieces with sultanas, plain and seaweed rice crackers
Lunch: Cold chicken tenders, wholemeal sandwich with Philidelphia Cream Cheese, Mini egg tomatoes, cheddar cheese cubes, green peas. Strawberries.
Drink: Water
We had the chicken tenders as part of our dinner last night. I made them by slicing fresh chicken breast, coating with egg and rolling in a mix of breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, cracked black pepper, salt, fresh thyme leaves and lemon thyme leaves. Delish!
Have a lovely weekend everyone!

Gosh that's impressive. I have made a start in copying your genius though. I have purchased some blue nude food containers. Son has been taking leftover apple and rhubarb crumble to school. It's a start.
ReplyDeleteI just think it looks pretty.
ReplyDeleteOh this looks delish for sure. I bet the other kids are so jealous and I bet you get an empty lunch box come home. I love the oranges and sultanas - makes my mouth water.
ReplyDeleteChicken tenders are a favourite here too! Your lunchboxes are so healthy and varied.
ReplyDeleteThe nude food containers are definately good - they are just the right size for little people. And leftover apple and rhubarb crumble...YUM!!! Thats' a great idea.
ReplyDeleteJoyce, the oranges and sultanas are pretty yummy - by the time lunch has arrived the sultanas are all plump with orange juice - mmmmmm!
I made the breaded chicken a couple nights ago with your ingredients, and it was delicious. Enough left over for my hubbies lunch the next day made my day. Thanks! love your Friday lunch box series.
