Deb - really? Only nine?? But then I have the conundrum of deciding whether I want to have a colour theme and whether I want to make quilts for every bed in the house...either way, it equals more fabric! (Or perhaps I'm just making excuses...)
Kaili - I don't really know how to either but I've inherited an old machine so I'm going to learn. Meanwhile, collecting is fun!
Cassandra - this took quite a bit of searching through some out of the way thrift stores, but I'm a little excited that I know exactly where they are all located now! It's incredibly tempting though...
Love your blog! And I love that fabric pile.
ReplyDeleteAwesome pile of sheets. Did you know you can make a good sided quilt from 9 pillowcases? front and back?? so you need less than you think!
ReplyDeleteThey look gorgeous! There are some really lovely patterns in there. Makes me wish I knew how to sew! x
ReplyDeleteI wish the thrift stores where we lived had such great finds! :) Beautiful sheets! I can't wait to see what you make.
ReplyDeleteThanks hausfrau!

I'm so jealous of that vintage sheet pile! I always wanted to make a quilt out of them too.
